Lulufrangi processes orders before 2 pm (GMT+8) for shipping on Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays and other off day for our Shah Alam store, this info will be shared via our social media. Orders received on after 2 pm, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via Poslaju/J&T MY. We charge a shipping flat rate of RM8.00 (West Malaysia) and RM12.00 (East Malaysia).

After your purchase is completed and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on Poslaju/J&T's official tracking webpage. Estimated normal delivery to arrived 2-4days (West Malaysia) and 3-7days (East Malaysia)
